Concrete floors and car parksA clean car park or basement level is essential at the handover of a new-build project. We clean large surfaces thoroughly, quickly and efficiently — matched to your project and your planning.
Layers of sand and dust on power-floated concrete do not come off with a brush. We use scrubber-dryers that loosen and vacuum up the dirt in one pass, and finish the edges by hand.
That way the whole parking area — floor to ceiling — looks well-kept and ready for use on handover day. In existing buildings we come back periodically: a yearly or six-monthly pass keeps the car park tidy and limits dust in the common areas.
