About VedinetWe are the cleaning company construction firms call when handover comes into view. Since 2016, by now on more than 550 projects, across the whole of Belgium.
Vedinet was founded in 2016 by two driven people with a passion for cleanliness and an eye for detail. What began with smaller sites in Flemish Brabant grew into a standing partner of the country's largest construction companies: Cordeel, Jan De Nul, Strabag, Vanhout, Houben, Democo, BESIX, MBG, Van Roey and dozens more.
Since then we have completed more than 550 projects — from a single apartment building to a prison village of 116,000 m², from a primary school to a hospital in full operation. Always in the same role: the last crew on site, the one that makes the building ready to hand over.
We work from Tielt-Winge across the whole of Belgium, in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia. Since 2026 Vedinet has been part of Vedi Group, alongside Vedipaint, VediWorks and VediCare — four brands each doing their own trade, with one point of contact for anyone who needs more than one of them.
No changing faces. The same people know your building, your agreements and your quality requirements — that saves explaining, and it saves mistakes.
Construction planning shifts. Our organisation is built on that: you let your contact know and we reschedule, with no argument about the price.
One site supervisor follows your project from the quote until after the final inspection. You never have to work out who to turn to.
We walk the building ourselves before the final inspection and touch up where needed. Whatever still comes up during handover, we take care of.
We work with our own trained staff and with a fixed circle of subcontractors we have known for years. Everyone knows the safety rules on a construction site, has the required PPE and works independently after a short induction briefing.
From your drawings, bill of quantities or window schedule we take the surface areas, the common areas, the glazing and the car park. You need to prepare nothing — and the quote follows the items you recognise.
Planning, execution, time-and-materials dockets, attendance and photo evidence all sit in our own system. You always know what was done and when — and if there is a dispute, the evidence is right there.
Painting, facade insulation or the daily upkeep of the common areas after handover: we then pass it on internally to Vedipaint, VediWorks or VediCare. One contact still does it.
The handover clean is the crowning touch. We are the last crew to see the building before your client does.
