What does handover cleaning involve?

We get your project ready for final inspection or handover to the client. Depending on the building and your specification, that covers:

Removing dust, cement residue, glue, silicone and paint splashes
Cleaning floors, walls, windows, doors, frames and skirting
Dusting cupboards, pipework, sockets and ventilation grilles

When should we schedule the handover clean?

The best moment is after all the finishing trades are out and before the final inspection. On phased projects we follow your phasing by block, floor or unit. Ask for your quote as soon as your planning takes shape — that way we hold the crews for you.

What if the handover date moves?

Then we move with it. Construction planning shifts — our organisation is built for that. You let your contact know and we reschedule without any argument about the price.

Do you also touch up after the final inspection?

Yes. We walk the building with you before the final inspection and touch up where needed. Remarks that come up during handover we deal with on a time-and-materials basis.
